How to return your items
To return purchased products, please call us on 01527 337107 or email
[email protected]. Please ensure you have your order number, the item code(s) for the product(s) you are returning, and why you are returning the item(s). Our technical support team will be available to advise on any issue you may be having.
After confirming the return, our team will email you a returns form. Please fill in all required boxes, ensuring you use the correct information; further details will be attached to the returns form. Please then return the items with the completed returns note to the following address:

Upon receiving the items, our technical support team will review the return. If your issue is confirmed, we will raise a full or partial refund for the value of the items returned.
Refund Terms & Conditions
Full refunds will only be given provided authorisation has been granted by a 1st Tooling member of staff in the following circumstances:
- The product is confirmed as faulty upon inspection
- Or failure by 1st tooling to supply the correct products or quantity
- Or failure by 1st tooling to deliver the products as agreed
- Or any other reason, as agreed by a 1st tooling manager
- Once a member of staff has authorised a return, we will email a returns form that must be completed
- This returns form must be returned with the goods to 1st tooling
- You will receive either credit on your account or a refund to the card you paid with within a working week of our review. Refunds will be applied using the original form of payment.
In the following circumstances, a refund will NOT be authorised:
- Product no longer required by the customer
- Product ordered incorrectly by the customer
- Delivery date was over 30 days previous
- Product used or fitted with associated markings after being purchased from 1st Tooling
- Special, modified, non-standard or non-stock products
- If products are returned without confirmation via email or phone by 1st tooling, then a refund will not be given
- When buying new-grade products, refunds will not be given if returned products are not in original packaging, and both product and packaging are in original good condition and suitable for resale at full list price.
- Measuring equipment that is sold by 1st Tooling without calibration will not be accepted for refund if that measuring equipment subsequently fails calibration
